Jon Schauer is from Bismarck, North Dakota.
Since a young age, Jon’s passion has been to help individuals with seemingly impossible or hard-to-understand health situations. He often noticed that individuals would find him during times of transition. He finds it very fulfilling and meaningful to offer insight to assist them in finding relief and understanding.
Jon takes time to learn about each client, their priorities, and their history. He looks for patterns and delivers a customized plan for each client.
He has studied myofascial release and the nervous system extensively to assist individuals with chronic pain relief that stems from neurological holding patterns, scar tissue and soft tissue challenges.

Myofascial / Neuro-fascial Release:

Certification with 640 hours of training in Structural Integration at Anatomy Trains (Thomas Meyers).
Studied additional Direct Myofascial Release techniques from JFB-MFR, FDM, and AFDMA.
Massage Therapy:
750 hours of training at Josef’s School of Massage in Fargo ND.
Craniosacral System Support:
Trained in Craniosacral from Upledger Institute.
Coursework included: CS1, CS2, SER-1, UMAC1, UMAC2, and UMAC3.
Qualified as a CST Teaching Assistant for CS1 and CS2.
Nervous and Limbic System Support:
Completed Certification, Diplomate, and Master level training from Morter Health Systems.
